Car owners to be offered up to $4,500 for 'guzzlers'
So you reward the dumbfucks who made the stupid decision of buying those gas guzzling vehicles in the first place. I simply don't get it, instead of giving tax rebates to the wise men you reward the stupid ones.
If any of you understand this please enlighten me on the motive behind this decision. I would be more than happy to listen to anything positive about it.

I think it's a good idea, govt want people to stop using Gas guzzler so that it doesn't have to rely too much on Arab oil. Plus things are not good rite now, so people can't afford to buy a new fuel efficient car if they are not given incentives.

Yes but as long as you will keep pampering your kids, they will never learn on their own, will they ?
ReplyDeleteI think many would have learned their lessons and therefore are making smart choice of buying a more efficent car now.
ReplyDeleteThe one who needs help, get the help. Unfortunately that's how the society works. The person who made the smart choice earlier seems to be in a disadvantage. However in the long run, the smart person will win. It is like smarter person lost this fight but will win the battle and doesn't need help.
